Abstract
Abstract :
@EN This test was performed to evaluate the ocular and skin irritation of 8 shampoos containing Acy1 glutamate(AG) none-transparent & transparent formulations and 3 rinses containing Diester Quat formulation rinse.

@EN 1. Ocular irritation test
There were no observed clinical signs, body weight changes by 8 shampoos and 3 rinses during experimental period. The acute ocular irritation index(A.O.I) of AG none transparent formulation shampoo, AG transparent formulation shampoo and Diester
Quat
formulation rinse were 0.7, 1.4 and 0 respectively. Therefore we evaluated that the 3 formulations were non-toxic to eyes.
2. Skin irritation test
There were no observed clinical signs, body weight changes and gross pathologic findings by 8 shampoos and 3 rinses during experimental period. There were no observed erythema, eschar formation and edemaformation of intact and abraded skin by AG
none
trasparent formulation shampoo, AG transparent for mulation shampoo and Diester Quat formulation rinse. The primary irritation index(P.I.I) of upper 3 formulations were 0-0.02 and were evaluate none irritating products about skin irritation.
In case of shampoos the AG none transparent & Ag transparent formulations of LG chemical were milder than any other shampoos of sulfate and acylmethyltaurate main base and evaluated as none irritating products for eye and skin in 10
concentration.
IN case of rinses, 3 rinses were evaluated as none irritating products for eye and skin in 10% concentration. The acute ocular irritation index(A.O.I) and primary irritation index(P.I.I) of Diester Quat formulation rinse were 0 point and
evaluated
as
none irritating product.
